Walkability Workgroup : September meeting on 9/19!

The Walkability Workgroup – established about a year and a half ago – is a project of NBBA.  Workgroup members are currently working to establish various projects that promote public art and increase the “walkability” of Altadena.

The workgroup meets on the second Saturday of the month at 9:30 AM – but we we are meeting on the third Saturday this month to accommodate activities at our meeting place.  If you are interested in getting involved with our Altadena Walkability projects, pop us an email and join us for our September meeting – on the 19th.

New Town Council – Elected and Installed!

With more than 400 voters – almost doubling participation from the previous year – Altadena has a brand new town council. July 21, the new members will be seated and on August 18th, they will elect their executive committee.
